Calling all Creatives—In and Out of the Lonestar State!

It’s summer, which means the kids are home from school, the days are long, and the writing projects get pushed to the side. Don’t let the summer slip by without making strides in your creative endeavors!

As a thank you to our regular customers, both NEAR AND FAR, we are offering retreat specials from now until mid-August–and not just on the weekends but mid-week as well!

These specials are good for private or group retreats at The Writing Barn, The Cabin, and the Book House or the full property for a large group of writers and readers!

Summer Week Day/Night Specials:

The Writing Barn, normally $159 a night on a week night, will rent for $119 a night, plus a $75 cleaning fee. The Writing Barn sleeps 1-4.

Perfect for Book Clubs and Writing Groups! 

The Cabin normally  $129, The Cabin will rent for $99 a week night, plus a $75 cleaning fee. The Cabin sleeps 1 to 4.

The Book House – normally renting for $400 a week night, will rent for $320 a week night, plus a $200 cleaning fee. The Book House has 5 bedrooms, with 5 private baths and sleeps 1-12.

 

Weekend Rates (Friday through Sunday): 

The Writing Barn, normally $179 a weekend night will rent for $143 a night, plus a $75 cleaning fee

The Cabin, normally $150 a weekend night, will rent for $120 a night, plus a $75 cleaning fee.

The Book House, normally $499 a night, will rent for $420, a night, plus a $200 cleaning fee.

 

Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is noon. If the entire property is rented additional discounts may be available.
