Author, Janet Fox is going to be write-away-staying at The Writing Barn later this month as several events bring her back to Texas from her new home in Montana.
One of her Austin appearances is a book release event for her latest novel Sirens, which is being held at BookPeople on Jan. 29th at 7pm.

Bethany Hegedus, owner of The Writing Barn, was sent an ARC (advanced reader copy) of Sirens and loved it so much she was asked to lead a Q&A with the author while she is in town.
This murder mystery set in the roaring Twenties is filled with flappers finding independence, family secrets, a hidden diary that the mobsters want and a love triangle that will make readers swoon.
So Guys & Molls, please join us at BookPeople Jan. 29th at 7pm for some sweet treats, book talk, a best costume contest (dress as your best gangster and snazziest flapper) and a Q&A with Janet about the writing of Sirens and the “decade of decadence” it is set in.
