Fact Meets Feeling: Writing Compelling Nonfiction for a World That Needs It
So many nonfiction submissions come to editors and are essentially lists of facts or events, and while there is room in the market for books like that, they’re largely written in-house or on commission. The nonfiction books that really jumpstart a career do more—they find fresh ways to intrigue and compel, they MOVE readers. In this webinar we’ll examine how the craft skills we associate with fiction can kick your nonfiction to the next level, and, in an era increasingly influenced by misinformation, show kids the world as it is.
Led by Executive Editor, Melissa Manlove, join us for this 90 minute webinar and learn all the ways to make your NF project stand out on submission!
